Confidential data -- Exceptions
 
Classifies the HMO enrollee health information as confidential. Prohibits disclosure unless the individual consents, disclosure is necessary to comply with the laws governing HMOs, a court orders disclosure, or the information is the subject matter of litigation between the individual and a provider or HMO.
