Autism spectrum disorder database -- Rulemaking -- Confidentiality
 
Requires the Department of Health to establish an Autism Spectrum Disorder database which must contain records of all reported autism cases and any information the Department deems relevant to surveying, researching, and analyzing the prevalence of autism spectrum disorder and to providing services to persons with autism spectrum disorder. Requires the Department to establish criteria regarding the providers qualified to report information to the database. Requires the Health Council to establish reporting requirements. Classifies database information as confidential, but authorizes disclosure in order to carry out the purposes of the database.
