This has been repealed, effective 2015. 

 

Records of alcoholics, intoxicated or addicted persons

All substance abuse treatment records are confidential and privileged to the patient, and may only be disclosed according to the statute. The statute only allows for disclosure of substance abuse treatment information for research purposes into the causes of drug and alcohol addition, provided that patient-identifying information is not published. The statute does not address disclosure with consent or disclosure pursuant to a court order.
